Status page updates

Improvements to how we show service health, outages, and maintenance.

Backup freshness monitoring

Encrypted backup freshness is now checked automatically as part of service health.

  • Backup health updates automatically after a verified backup completes
  • Missing or stale backups are detected without exposing paths, filenames, credentials, or archive contents

Support tickets on the status page

High and urgent Game Hosting and Website Hosting tickets can now appear as public outage notices—without personal details.

  • Reported Outages show when customers open high/urgent hosting tickets
  • When staff mark a ticket In Progress or Waiting (for customer or staff), it becomes a Known Outage
  • Resolved or closed tickets clear from the public page automatically
  • Only ticket number, service area, priority, and timing are shown—no names, messages, or server details

Clearer uptime history

The uptime bars are easier to read and stay up to date.

  • 24-hour view uses one bar per hour with live status colors
  • Completed hours show solid up/down status; the current hour can fill as time passes
  • Hover any bar for date, time range, status, and response details
  • Uptime is shown as 100% (or one decimal) instead of three decimal places
  • Details is a clear button next to each service status badge
